TESTIMONIALS
POLK CITY, IOWA
Absolutely the best experience we could have ever hoped for!! My family built a custom home with Ryan and Holly. This was the second custom home that we had built and the two experiences could not have been more different. We knew after the first time meeting with Ryan and Holly that they are people who genuinely care about their clients and put every ounce of who they are in to every project. Ryan is an absolute work horse and Holly is a wizard with design, making them the perfect team! They treat every build as if they are building their own home and it shows in every part of the process. My family and I can't recommend them enough. If you are thinking about building, look no further!
PROLE, IOWA
We had the pleasure of building our dream home with Serenity Homes. We started searching for builders in the metro area and decided on Serenity Homes after seeing some of the unique architectural features they incorporated. From our first meeting we knew Ryan and Holly would listen and make our wants happen. Other builders would have "package" plans that never fit our desires. Holly's design selections process allowed us to incorporate architectural pieces in our design and Holly came up with many options to choose from. In several areas we weren't sure what would look best so we trusted Holly's judgment and expertise. We are so happy and proud of how it turned out. We absolutely would recommend them with no reservations!
ANKENY, IOWA
The build process on a new home can be hectic, but Ryan and Holly of Serenity Homes make things so much better. From getting the best deals, to building the home as it was their own, to getting back to you within minutes, they are truly an above and beyond company. It’s like your best friend is building your house! Without a doubt, we will use them when we build again.
